Neutrality & Limitation of Liability

1. Neutral Infrastructure Declaration

I-CIL functions exclusively as a neutral technological infrastructure provider. We do not participate in the creative marketplace, do not represent talent, and do not broker transactions.

2. No Behavioral Control

I-CIL does not control, supervise, or direct the behavior of any influencer or platform. A high Credibility Score indicates a history of documented signals, not an endorsement of future conduct.

3. Deterministic System Limitations

The I-CIL Scoring System is deterministic and rule-based. It produces outcomes solely based on the inputs received from licensed platforms. I-CIL disclaims validation of the subjective accuracy of those inputs beyond cryptographic consistency checks.

I-CIL provides deterministic credibility infrastructure, not judgments or endorsements.

4. No Commercial Arbitration

I-CIL is not an arbitral tribunal for commercial disputes between brands and influencers. Our Dispute Resolution mechanism is strictly limited to the technical validity of signals and adherence to the methodology.

5. Liability Cap & Exclusions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I-CIL shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. In no event shall I-CIL's aggregate liability exceed the total fees paid by the claimant in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
