I-CIL does not recommend, rank, or endorse individuals.
The information provided by I-CIL should not be used as the sole basis for employment, contracting, or financial decisions. Users should conduct their own due diligence.
Any member of the public may use the I-CIL Verification Tools to confirm the existence and value of a score anchored on the blockchain. This right of verification does not include the right to access underlying private evidence.
I-CIL makes no representations or warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of signals submitted by third-party platforms. The score reflects the data available to the system at the time of calculation.
I-CIL shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from business decisions made based on I-CIL scores, including but not limited to lost profits or contract failures.
End users have no right to request modifications, deletions, or overrides of scores. The blockchain record is immutable and deterministic.
